In most cases you will have ZERO out of pocket expenses when you choose JUST HAIL. We will waive up to $500 of your deductible and/or provide a free rental car.
1) Immediately call the Claims number on the back of your insurance card, make sure to write down the CLAIM NUMBER that your insurance company gives you. You do not need to call your agent. Agents just sell policies and do not deal with claims generally.
2) Call JUST HAIL at 85-Just-Hail (855) 878-4245 for us to come look at your vehicle at home or work. You may also schedule a time to come to the shop.
**Remember, you can have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice. If you go where they steer you, you will have to pay your deductible, they will not pick up and deliver, they will not offer you a free loaner, and it will take much longer to have the repair completed.
Yes, by law you have the right to choose your own repair facility.
All companies pay off this industry standard price chart. Its more about actually cleaning the panels, bringing the vehicle inside the shop and using reflective lights to get a correct size and count of the dents. For example looking at a panel outside in the sun light or under a tree is a poor way to get an accurate count of the damage.
