Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website justhail.net and the paintless dent repair (PDR) services provided by Just Hail, located at 308 Hazelwood St Ste 1, Leander, TX 78641, owned and operated by Charlie Ohnstad.
By using our website, submitting our contact form, communicating with us, or accepting our repair services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Our services
Just Hail provides paintless dent repair (PDR) for hail damage and minor dents on vehicles — cars, trucks, SUVs, and vans. We do not perform paint or body work that requires sanding, filler, or repainting; we restore factory finish using PDR techniques only. We do not service homes, roofs, structures, or any non-vehicle property.
Free inspections are offered on a mobile basis (we come to you) within our service area or at our shop in Leander, TX.
Estimates
All estimates we provide are based on visual inspection and may change once the vehicle is brought in and panels are accessed. Final pricing is documented on a written work order signed by you before any work begins. We will not begin paid work without your written authorization.
Insurance billing
We bill insurance directly with 38 carriers. When you authorize us to act as your repair facility, we communicate with your carrier on your behalf for hail-related comprehensive claims. Most Texas hail claims qualify for deductible waivers under "act of nature" comp provisions; however, deductible waivers are determined by your carrier and policy, not by Just Hail. We do not guarantee a $0 out-of-pocket outcome on any specific claim.
Workmanship warranty
All PDR work performed by Just Hail carries a lifetime workmanship warranty. The warranty covers any defects in our workmanship — e.g., a properly repaired panel that subsequently shows the original dent re-emerging. The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the same vehicle by VIN. The warranty does not cover:
- New damage from later events (additional hail, collisions, etc.)
- Damage from improper aftermarket modifications or repairs by third parties after our work
- Damage from accidents, abuse, or environmental conditions outside normal use
- Pre-existing damage we identified and noted on the work order as outside the scope of repair

Communications and SMS
By submitting our contact form with the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Just Hail. SMS terms (frequency, opt-out, fees) are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Payment
For insurance-billed work, payment terms are between you and your insurance carrier; Just Hail receives payment from the carrier directly under your authorization. Any deductible owed is due upon completion of the repair. For self-pay work, payment is due at completion unless other arrangements are made in writing in advance.
We accept cash, major credit cards, ACH, and personal checks. A returned-check fee of $40 applies to any check returned for insufficient funds.
Vehicle storage
Vehicles left at our shop after repair completion for more than five (5) calendar days, after we have notified you the repair is finished and the vehicle is ready, may be subject to a daily storage fee of $25/day. We will always attempt to contact you by phone, SMS, and email before applying any storage fee.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Just Hail's total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount we received from you (or your insurer on your behalf) for the specific repair giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, rental car costs not authorized in advance, or diminished value claims.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by Texas law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.
Website disclaimer
Information on justhail.net is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate (pricing examples, business stats, service area) but specific job pricing and availability are confirmed only via direct conversation. Photos shown on the site reflect actual repairs performed by Just Hail.
Intellectual property
The Just Hail name, logo, photos, and website content are owned by Charlie Ohnstad / Just Hail. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to justhail.net pages freely.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the courts of Williamson County, Texas. We strongly prefer to resolve any dispute by direct conversation first — call Charlie at (512) 221-3013.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers when feasible.
